K–12 formula built in

Written Works, Performance Tasks and Quarterly Assessment weights you control.

MAPEH auto-averaged

Matatag components and the legacy four, computed without a calculator.

SF9 & SF10 print-ready

One click, straight from the browser. No retyping into a template, no reformatting.

Cloud-synced, always on

Every change auto-saves. Open your section from school or from home.

The card-giving test

Same deadline. Very different week.

Nothing about grading gets easier by doing it in a spreadsheet you rebuilt from last year's file.

On spreadsheets
  • — Rebuild the class record file and hope the formulas survived
  • — Average MAPEH by hand, then check it twice because one cell is off
  • — Chase subject teachers for their sheets over Messenger
  • — Retype everything into SF9, realign columns, print, find a typo
On Alpas
  • ✓ Your section is already built for the curriculum you teach
  • ✓ Type a score and the composite updates itself, MAPEH included
  • ✓ Subject teachers enter their own subject; you watch it fill in
  • ✓ SF9 and SF10 print on the school format — review, sign, done
How it works

Up and running in under 5 minutes

No training day, no manual. If you can use a gradebook, you can use Alpas.

1

Create your section

Set up your class — grade level, strand, school year, and curriculum type. Takes about 2 minutes.

2

Add your students

Enter your class list with LRN, name, sex, and group. Or paste from a spreadsheet.

3

Invite subject teachers

Send email invites. Each teacher only accesses their own subject — no data leakage.

4

Print reports anytime

Composites, SF9s, and SF10s are always ready. Print or export whenever you need them.

Everything you need

Grade management the way Filipino teachers actually work.

From trimester entry to final composite — every workflow already fits the way your class is structured.

Trimester grade entry

Type a score. Everything downstream updates itself.

Enter T1–T3 for every student in your section. Changes auto-save, weights apply per subject, and the composite is recalculated before you've moved to the next cell.

  • ✓ Custom Written Works / Performance Tasks / Quarterly Assessment weights
  • ✓ Boys and girls groupings handled automatically
  • ✓ Dropped students excluded from averages, still visible in records

MAPEH made simple

Matatag's Music & Arts / PE & Health pairing and the legacy four-component split, both auto-averaged. Put the calculator away.

⇄

Subject teachers, invited

Hand each subject to the teacher who owns it. They see only theirs — and as adviser you can override any grade, anytime.

◷

A 30-day grace period

Your section stays editable through the year and for 30 days after it ends — room to finalize records without a panic.

The forms come out finished, not half-finished

Trimester and final composites show every subject side by side with general averages, remarks and pass/fail indicators — then print School Form 9 and SF10 straight from the browser.

  • ✓ No retyping into a template, no reformatting, no realigning columns
  • ✓ Exactly what card-giving day asks for
  • ✓ Available all year, not just at the end of a term
Philippine K–12 aligned

Every curriculum, every grade level — including the awkward ones.

  • ✓Matatag (K–10) — the new two-component MAPEH with automatic averaging
  • ✓Legacy four-component MAPEH — Music, Arts, PE and Health tracked separately for older sections
  • ✓Senior High School — core, applied and specialized track subjects with proper weight handling
  • ✓Dropped students — marked automatically, excluded from averages, still visible in the record
  • ✓Custom grading weights — set WW, PT and QA percentages per subject yourself

Questions, answered

Before you trust it with a whole section

Still unsure? Start the trial and print one test SF9 — that answers most of these faster than we can. Or email hello@alpasgrade.com.

Which curricula does Alpas support? +

Matatag for K–10 with the two-component MAPEH, the legacy four-component MAPEH for older sections, and Senior High School core, applied and specialized track subjects with proper weight handling. You pick the curriculum when you create the section.

What does the free trial include? +

7 days with every screen unlocked — grade entry, composite reports, SF9 and SF10 printing, and subject-teacher invites. Two caps keep it a trial rather than a free school year: up to 10 students, and grade entry for the first term only — T1, or Q1 on quarter-based sections. No credit card. Subscribe at any point to lift both caps — nothing you entered is lost.

What happens when my trial ends? +

The section becomes read-only: your records, composites and printing all stay available, but new grade entries and roster changes are blocked until you subscribe. Subscribing reopens the same section exactly where you left it — you never re-encode anything.

How do subject teacher invites work? +

You send email invites from inside your section. Each teacher logs in and can only enter grades for the subject assigned to them — no access to the rest of the class record — while you as adviser can override anytime.

How does payment work? +

₱499 covers one section for the whole school year — no monthly subscription, no per-student fee. Checkout runs through PayMongo, so you can pay with GCash, Maya, or a credit or debit card.

What happens when the school year ends? +

Your section stays editable for a 30-day grace period after it ends, so there's time to finalize records before the deadline. Printing stays available, and records remain in your account.

Can I run Alpas for several sections or a whole school? +

Yes. Ten or more sections qualify for the school plan: a discounted rate, centralized billing, priority onboarding for your staff and a dedicated account contact. Email hello@alpasgrade.com and we'll size it with you.
